i did some reasearch on this awhile back and it is indeed Ingrid on the song even tho the record and the music video says its Nikki Harris great song by the way

It seems that,when Ingrid tried to work on a song for another artist,there was always some kinda Madonna-related controversy surrounding it.In 1990,her boyfriend Lenny Kravitz stole some of her poetry/lyrics and used it for "Justify My Love",a song he produced for Madonna.Then,in 1991 the group Natural Selection recorded a song "Do Anything" which features Ingrid on additional vocals,but the credit is given to Niki Harris (Madonna's backup singer),lol.
