I am actually a little worried about his back. I wonder if this is a condition that's going to need surgery in the future or is it difficult to heal because he can't get adequate rest? Whatever the case I'll bet his worry and stress aggravate his condition making it worse that it already is. Physical health always takes a beating when one is under mental duress but he should have this down by now -- shakes and supplements, maybe even an IV drip.
Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

Please do!!! nod

Ya know, I could but I would end up being a Mike hater, which I am not. If you read my original post you will see that I only wish that he would take his punishment like a man and stop with the public hospital visits and wearing pajamas to court and all of that.

If you or I were in a situation like this and you really were innocent, would you be acting in this way?

I know that I would have gotten on the stand and told my side of the story. I would not bring a fleet of security guards holding umbrellas or dancing on the top of my Escalade or testing the judge by showing up late.

But that is just me..... I feel for him because I believe that in his mind, his behavior is normal, but you cant keep paying kids off for ALLEGED acts of molestation or God knows what.

Just do your time if you are guilty. You will still have more money than all of us when you get out, so who cares?

My opinion folks.....

the guy has a point there folks...

Not really. There's a ton of different kinds of back trouble that one can get. When mine went out of place at the end of last year I couldn't put both feet flat on the floor yet I could turn at the waist. So no, he doesn't really have a point at all.

William J. Wagener
THURSDAY, June 9th, 2005

William J. Wagener does a weekly Libertarian TV show in Santa Maria,

California since October 1, 2000, which is sometimes bicycled around the nation. Libertarians believe in individual freedoms and rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Don't be surprised if Court is only half day, to give both sides to work out a "deal" for stipulated agreement, and slow down the Jury from rushing back with a NOT GUILTY on all felonies counts. Same on Friday, then both sides have all week end. Once again, William J. Wagener does not KNOW Michael J. Jackson, and only just bought my first Jackson cd less than a week ago [Jackson 5]. But I know injustice and a Kangaroo Court which hops every where but for the truth... when I see one... and clearly this is one.

WEDNESDAY, June 8th, 2005

[Personal Note: Did I hear fans chanting at the Miller St. Fence when I walked out from a Press conference, "On Second Thought, On Second Thought, On Second Thought,

On Second Thought... Michael's Innocent!!!"

Sheriff's were not too pleased, but sounded good to my ears. Or was I just delusional?

Well, lets see if I hear it again tomorrow. Sounded so much better than "Steve Corbett sucks". [ Steve is a local columnist who writes for the "good Ol boys" paper I only use for cat litter, since they seem to have trouble with real Truth.]

First, I report the Truth as best as I can discern it. The verdict should have come in today. Instead something else happened. I would not be surprised if the Jury is dismissed and sent home, BEFORE they bring in a verdict.

How, Why? Suppose for a minute [cause I am not telling you a fly on the Judges chamber wall told my fly on my wall anything, but maybe the flies did. What would they have said]. so, suppose for a minute that two jurors were decided that Michael must be found guilty of at least one felony. Remember, we are just "supposing" here, for the sake of argument.

But 4 jurors were just as decided Michael Joe Jackson is Not Guilty of any of these
charges, because [like I said many weeks ago] there is a Mountain of "reasonable doubt", that they just can NOT get beyond. That is 4-2 in Michael's favor. That is better than the other way. [2-4] Then consider that 6 others are just NOT decided on the counts that the stubborn two, are sure about, but most of those 6 are leaning toward "NOT GUILTY", but just not sure. Then suppose the 8 alternates are bored, thinking they will never get to vote anyway, and some admitted that they had not paid as much attention as they should have.

So.... Then consider, that 1 juror has already made a deal for a book, 2 others have secretly agreed to do "exclusive" TV/radio interview. And WHAT if one juror had friends who were close friends of one of the District Attorneys, and had in open violation law, court instructions, informed the D.A. or one of them, that the Jury was leaning more toward acquittal than conviction.

WHAT have you got? - - - - - - - - - Not just a hung Jury?

Even if the Defense and Prosecutors offered their answers on a point of question from the Jury, for the Judge to report what the Judge thinks the best answer is to the Jury...

what do you have??

You got a three ring circus, orchestrated by a Judge Rodney S. Melville, who does
not want to be over ruled on an appeal. Not even on a misdemeanor!! This will be the last big case Melville sits on, and Melville does NOT want his reputation, which is not all that great anyway, to be marred by a Mega Trial gone horribly wrong, because he gave the Prosecutors every break, except the Sheriff naked photos of MJ's private parts, [Thank you Jesus!] [because it would be HIGHLY prejudicial at this point and prove nothing]. [ Should I give you the details of the ugly Divorce of Melville vs Melville from long ago? If we can hear all the false (i.e. Unsubstantiated) malicious accusations about Michael, why should Judge Melville unpleasant divorce from the mother of his children not be reported - maybe that would give us an insight into the Judges mind ]

And insight might help explain why he rules more for Prosecutors when Objections happen than for the defense.

SO o o o o o. What does this mean?

PROBABLY a stipulated settlement. Good Bye Jury and thanks for your time.

So suppose, now, the Persecutors, ahemmm, I mean the Prosecutors know that the Jury is 2-1 in favor of acquittal on all counts. What do you do? You tell the judge, your not happy with the Jury not coming back with a Guilty verdict [maybe]. And say,

HEY, we will offer a deal to the Defense, we want you to make it difficult for them to say "NO DEAL". Suppose the Prosecutors, said, "Hey Mr. Sanger & Mesereau, we will agree to 1 count felony, and 1 misdemeanor, and 10 days in jail and Probations for a couple of years for your MJJ client." "Then we all go home, and MJJ know he'll only do time for 10 days and be back at Neverland before the end of the month." Or words to that effect.

But the prosecutors are in disagreement between themselves on how hard to push Defense for a felony stipulated, because they know Mr. Mesereau is no idiot and will likely , politely tell them to shove the deal up where the sun never shines in each of them. So they "Government" prosecutors expect a counter offer from the Defense, which will be one misdemeanor "alcohol to a minor under 14" or "contributing to the delinquency of a Minor" with no jail time, NO sexual intent attached, and NO probation.

This could be, good for Michael. No one could call him what the evidence did not
prove him to be.... a homosexual or Asexual pedophile. And furthermore, first time offenders for this never go to jail, in my experience. It would be over, with a fine, and maybe 6 months unsupervised "probation". Michael's Attorneys could announce, "WE WON. We said the Sexual molestations charges were bunk and would not be proved and WE were Right"

Prosecutors, would announce, "We won, we got him to admit and stipulate to a crime."

"Michael contributed to the delinquency of several minors," Mr. Zonen would boast.

[ I am thinking, yeah right. You wasted millions of Tax dollars to prove kids under 14 tasted wine and had a good time at Neverland. such a good time their delusional, accusatory mother who commits perjury on welfare forms, had trouble getting them to leave.] By the way, don't kids in France drink wine with 1 meal every day from age 6 or 7 on up? Can you hear the uproarious laughter coming from France, Mr. Zonen?

Aha. But Judge Rodney Ssssss. Melville, also WINS. With a Stipulated agreement,

THAT agreement can NOT be appealed, in my legal mind, because both sides agreed to it.

And then Judge Melville can NOT be Over-ruled. And Melville does not have to deal with badly behaved Jury members, the fact they most all got the joke about the Gavel, because they in fact, dis-obeyed the admonition to NOT watch TV or read Newspapers about the trial. And with stipulated agreement, all that mess can be ignored.

Now I am not saying the fly on the Wall of the Courts chambers told my fly exactly those words. B U T, if the flies have good hearing, what would be the END result.

1. Michael knows he won't be doing 5, 10 or 20 years in state Prison. His stress will supposedly come down. MJ goes on with his life and his fight to keep his kids.

2. Prosecutors can claim some Moral High ground [which they certainly don't deserve]

3. Rodney Ssssss Melville, and Tom Sssssneddon can be openly buddies again.

4. MJ's possible "Abusive and false Prosecutions" lawsuit has less legs to stand on.

[me, personally, I hope Michael hangs tough, and rolls the dice for NOT GUILTY
on all charges .... I believe NOW even MORE than 3 days ago, he will be found NOT GUILTY of ANY felony.]

Too late, and Attorney Thomas Mesereau, Jr. , is no idiot. He has won the day, if MJ can hang tough long enough. Prayer works miracles. Now is time if you truly believe to pray.

So, don't be surprised if we see a "deal" cut. Jury goes home with Coffee cup to

memorialize their "service", and make their deal. Mr. Ssssneddon, will get hired by Sony after his retirement next year as something or other. Books by Ron S, Aphrodite Jones, several jurors and maybe even myself will be written. Michael Joe Jackson, will mend his ways. i.e. Lock up the wine better. Only let his own kids sleep in his bed, if a Custody Judge in L.A. Superior Court does not strip him of Paris and Prince at the first opportunity.

[ "Michael watch my 90 minute documentary on "Fathers without Rights, Babies for Profit"]

It just may help you clue in on how bad it can get in so called "family court". Be nicer to

Debbie Rowe. She is still the bio-Mom, and the kids will one day say, "Who is my mom".

A bus load of FANS arrived last night from else where, Rose Garden Motel still has a few vacancies. I recommend the GuestHouse Inn on So. Broadway, a short walk from Vons SuperMarket.

I expect the Judge has the attorneys coming back into courtroom by 1pm PST and Verdict to be read by 2pm, which will be NOT GUILTY based on lack of CREDIBLE WITNESSes.

Up date later, on June 12 "Michael Jackson Innocent" Celebration,

What's that got to do with anything relating to lower back problems?

MJ has been having back trouble since an accident in '99, so I doubt very much that he's putting it on for a sympathy vote.

You are correct in believing that Mike has back problems and such. But I believe that he is acting like a big baby and will continue to pull off as much of this as he can. Either way, if he was really innocent, the jury would have come back by now. Mike had better get used to prison food, because he will do time for something.

But that is just my opinion.....

I bet Mihcael wanted the whole world to talk about this trial. I know americans havn't been on it anywhere near as much as the oj trial. I know Mike wants this to be talk of the whole universe. Still shocked he didn't release an album a few months ago.

UK, most surprisenly, virtually completely lost interest by a few weeks.

Mike thinks the world revolsed around him. All them loony fans at the courthouse proberly get Michael thinking there are many more as into the trial as they are.

Mike gotta get his head out of his ass and drop all this "look at me, I need ur sympathy, Iam still bigger then jesus" crap he carries around with him. Does he act like that at neverland, u bet he doesn't!

He gotta get away from neverland too. He is living in a world where only himself matters. Not his kids, not his friends (does he have any true friends?) and his home is pretentious beyond belief. He is sooooo soupped up on himself, it just stinks of arrogence now.

Since around the mid 90's, I never seen Mike outside of neverland even smile. He is way too image concious. He proberly kisses his "thriller" platinum discs every night. get someone to change his image. It is so stale now. He is still living in his 80's heyday.

Iam being serious confused I know u heard this all before proberly (sorry but I rarely bother with the court threads) but his sympin' really pisses me off.

Kids wouldn't buy "invincible" because of his image. If Mike wanna be a pop star, he gotta get image wise. And definately be more hetrosexual. It would get heads turning for sure. Oh yeah, and get a choreographer that actually tells Michael that copying urself is fucking dull now.

No more leg kicking, crotch grabbing nonsense. And that "billy jean" routine should never ever be done again.

Its good to see cloudy again. Iam more often on the yank afternoon shift on here these days (late night UK time). Chris is morning only too. Luckily he was on my tim robbins thread, mentioning b*witched, which cracked me up.

Anyway, "billy jean" at the MSG anerversary was lazy. I loved the jacksons performance, even though it was the usual medley. Randy crack'd me the fuck up when he started singing "opp" during "abc". Mike looked way pissed off with him. Priceless. Just change the "Billy Jean" routine and stop playing to obsessed fans and get some new ones. As the old obsessives will buy a cd of Mike changing bubbles nappies so Mike dont need to worry about them. Focus on doing something "new".

Im sorry too, but Mike is guilty as shit, no matter if he is doing backflips and James Brown splits. He is guilty of putting himself into this ridiculous position instead of growing up and not having the common sense to realize that even having little boys in your bed or bedroom is a dumb thing to do.

All of these kids are not lying. And even if they were, I wouldnt have paid 24 million of my money to anyone especially if I didnt touch you.
