I've heard the people say that the longer the deliberations, the more likely he could be convicted but we don't know what's happening in the jury room.

SpcMs I had a dream about your avatar a few nights ago. Can't remember it now but it was bizarre. And fun!

They can deliberate for how ever long it takes altho if they take too long the judge can ask for a majority decision. So whatever the majority of them feel is the verdict.

If they can't decide or they declare a mistrial the judge can tell them to keep deliberating or they have to retry the case.

Even a special prison will be tough for him. For one, there are no kids in prisons and he'll miss the interaction terribly.

The book - Michael Jackson: The Man Behind the Mask - goes into much greater detail about MJ’s relationship with that Australian boy Brett Barnes, who it was alleged during the trial shared up to a year’s worth of sleepovers with the King of Pop. Jones also profiles a boy who palled around with MJ on tour in the late 1980s/early 1990s, and says he was amazed at how the singer could always pick off the one boy who would be most susceptible to his tactics and whose parents would be most easily bought off.

Explosive stuff, delayed from an originally planned April 2005 publication date. But perhaps the most damning thing here is the alleged idea that Jackson would deliberately undermine the careers of his siblings Janet and Jermaine, going so far - according to Jones - as to pay A&R people not to play their songs and diging up dirt on them for blackmail purposes. Yikes!

Abc is basically saying that when the verdict comes down that mj may not be in the courtroom cause he has a doctors excuse.

I have never seen a grown man act so idiotic. (I didnt have a childhood WAAAAAHHH). At some point in life realize that you have to be accountable for the dumb things that you do just like the rest of us. Going on television holding some kids hand and talking about "I am Peter Pan" and it is okay to have some kids sleep in your bed is asking for trouble, especially after you have paid off other kids for alleged molestation. (Hell dangling a baby off a balcony didnt help matters either!)

After the first time the police stripped me down and took pictures of my nutsack, that would have made me shut down the amusement park, get rid of the zoo, take off the armbands and medals, get rid of the skin lightening medications, and start getting with the real world.

Mike, I hope that you get the psychological help that you need. You wrote some good music, but you are a fuck up. Even if you didnt molest those kids. Maybe a couple of years in Cell Block 8 may straighten you out. Your yes men couldnt do it, maybe the prison guards can.

Im sorry for my rant for the MJ fans out there, but he is not going to make it in prison if they lock him up.
