Live Cure Webcast on June 15!

Just got this in my e-mail...

The Cure are featured on YAHOO! LIVE @ LAUNCH playing live Wednesday 15th June 2005.

The exclusive four song performance (Fire In Cairo / M / The Drowning Man / The Figurehead) happens in Westside Studios in London with Mike Hedges at the controls...

Robert, Simon and Jason also take part in an exclusive interview talking about the past, the present and the future...

...and before anyone starts asking me: NO, the e-mail didn't include a specific time of day when this will happen. confused

I've heard about this. But I heard they were previewing some new songs. hmmm

Cool that they're doing an obscure track from each of their first 4 albums.

sad The initial news was that they'd play 2 new songs. I'm really disappointed now.

Roger - keyboards and Perry - Guitars are out of the band. That leaves Robert - Guitar & vocals and Simon - Bass and Jason - Drums. The cure began their career as a 3 piece, so it will be interesting at least to see what they do now.
