i know it may be a bit early for this track, but it came up on my player and i had to bump that shit, i mean turn it up! confused

Is it me or did Andre3000 bite his look from Melle Mel? confuse

Hell nah, it's not just u. Andre CERTAINLY bit. This song is one of the best songs from the 80's, 90's and this other fucked up decade. Straight out of Stevie's 'Livin For The City", this carried that torch.

Ironically, the song began as a celebration of coke. The "don't do it" tag was added for commercial reasons. If you look at an original vinyl label from the 12" , the title is actually "White Lines (Don't Don't Do It)" thus creating a double negative and the song might as well be called "Hey lets do some coke" ... But a classic nonetheless. Love it.
