She almost pulled a Baby Dangle!

I think parents may unconsciously do some not-very-smart things from time to time--difference is they're usually not caught on film or in front crowd. Or with a cloth over the babies head.

my friend is an awesome mommy - her kids are lucky because she has a really healthy sense of humor about raising children, and it shows. they're very happy babies.

lol
Oh, I hope you didn't think I was criticizing your friend. I was just thinking you know as a parent I can imagine that sometimes things happen and you think twice about it later. Raising a child or children 365 days for years and years... has to be tough high-alert work. I'm not a parent but I cringe at the level of conscious responsibility but I'm also incredibly paranoid so I'd probably never even walk onto a balcony with my kid. I'd be afraid I'd trip just as I made my approach! Mike did it and he's paying for it years later. I wanted to yell at him, "Dude, at least use both arms!"

The time: 1999
The place: VH1 Divas Live
The players: Tina Turner and Elton John (again)
The incident: Tina attempts to tell John how to play Proud Mary during rehearsals. "I made a mistake when I needed to show him how to play 'Proud Mary.' The mistake is you don't show Elton John how to play his piano. He just went into a rage, which he apologized for later. He said it was wrong."
The consequence: Tina cancels original plans for them to do a tour together.

Back in the days Jennifer Lopez did an interview where she criticized the acting of Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Salma Hayek. She claimed she was a better actress than Madonna and that she couldn't remember anything Gwyneth was in.

2000 New Year's Eve, Madonna attended a party hosted by Donatella Versace in Miami. Among the guest: Gwyneth Paltrow. After JLo arrived, supposedly uninvited, Madonna promptly announced, "Dinner's over!" and sauntered out of the room followed by her minions.

Wish that was on video.

"You know what, I don't have a nice thing to say about him. He and I were friends when he was little. I watched him grow up and all that, but, you know, you dangle a baby over a balcony, that's it for me... If it was up to me, he wouldn't have those babies now. It was the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen a parent do."
---Cher on Michael Jackson

I remember after that incident, Cher was on Entertainment Tonight talking about her music or some tour and she said if she could turn back time, she'd would have never met Michael Jackson.

Kinda harsh when I hear that.

Harlepolis

I love threads like this dancing jig

Tina Turner snubbed Diana Ross in Grammy's award backstage circa 1985, since Diana snubbed Tina b4 when Tina used to be down and out(through her divorce years from Ike).
