Flock of Seagulls and Cameo CeCe was another favorite when I was little. I'd rather for her to perform something other than "Finally" though, like "Inside that I Cried" or "We Got a Love Thang", but I guess it makes more sense, since Finally was her biggest hit. I never bothered to check her 2nd album out.

For some reason I thought this was last night, but instead the Eagles reunion came on, so I watched some of that. I'm not a big fan of the Eagles, but from what I saw last night...they still got it.

Not good. Sounded decent on Working for the Weekend and less than OK on the other tune.
It appeared as if this is a case of Lover-BOY for real. (Mike Reno and some other guys)
He was the only one interviewed. Not very band-like.

CeCe Peniston...
Sounded/looked good on both tunes.

Flock of Seagulls...
Should stay in the nostalgia ranks.
Thought he had made up with his brother (VH-1 Bands Reunited), but based on the back-up band, obviously not.

Arrested Development...
Sounded good. Definitely had the crowd but the act looks tired.

Tiffany...
She was really pitchy dawg. Not feelin' it at all.


Don't have a problem with the Arrested Development win. I'd have gone with CeCe Peniston.

I was totally for Ce Ce winning; she looked great and sounded fantastic! Not only did I laugh my ass of when Mike Reno (Loverboy) came out and was more like the Pillsbury Doughboy... but I nearly crapped my pants when I saw Flock of Seagulls with two guitar players that were trying to look more like they belonged in Red Hot Chili Peppers. Since when were there Hispanic members of FOS?!?!? It is weird to see "bands" with just their lead singer and new people being studio musicians.
