Diva Feuds So whether it's Cher, Celine, Mariah, Donna, Diana, etc. they've all had their share a feuds with one another in very bitchy manners.
Let's take time to share some bitchy diva stories as started in the Mariah vs Madonna thread. | |

Here's one David shared
In 2000,VH-1 did a "Divas Live" TV special starring Diana Ross. The show featured Donna Summer,Mariah Carey and others. There was some backstage drama, but amazingly,it didn't involve Diana Ross (lol),who is usually the Queen of Drama. It involved Mariah and Donna. The problem was,the shows' producers mistakenly gave Donna the wrong dressing room. They gave her Mariah's room by mistake.OUCH! So Mariah walks up there, with her large entourage, and starts throwing a fit.She demanded that Donna be "evicted" from the room...lol...Donna was pissed but she got her things and left anyway. But later in the show,Donna declined to perform onstage with Mariah! She was supposed to do a Supremes medley with Diana and Mariah, but she absolutely refused to perform with Mariah....lol...the two ladies spent the rest of the show ignoring each other. | |

In the past, there was a little "friction" between Whitney and Mariah. In a 1993 interview,Mariah was asked about the movie "The Bodyguard" and she burst out laughing, then quickly tried to change the subject. The two of them recorded a song together ("When You Believe" in 1998),and it seemed that everything was fine. But when Mariah was looking for a new record label in 2002,LA Reid wanted to bring her to Arista.Supposedly,Whitney made a big fuss about this, basically warning him not to sign her.

Actually since you asked..... "Is Madonna going to perform at Live8? She's probably got a bloody Kaballah meeting!" - Elton's latest outburst. Incidently, Madonna was signed to the bill for a long time now. | |

Elton needs to go lie down for a very long time.
Whitney and Mariah are cool now if that was ever true. What about Madonna stepping on Patti LaBelle's foot? [Edited 6/1/05 6:29am] Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off | |

This happened in the mid-80s.Madonna was at some event, and she was introduced to Patti LaBelle. But then Maddy spotted Earth Wind and Fire lead singer Philip Bailey across the room, and she quickly ran over to him....stepping on Patti's foot! | |

Yeah, I forgot where but I think it was benefit concert or award show (where else would you have Patti and Madonna that close together?) and Madonna stepped on Patti's foot and kept going.
Patti was mad for years especially since it hurt! She thought Madonna was just being rude. Then one day they ran into each other and Patti told Madonna about it and Madonna apologized profusely. She said had no idea she ever stepped on her foot. Patti later said that's why people shouldn't harbor anger because sometimes things are really unintentional. Years later,in 1993,they were seen chatting with each other at a Prince concert. So I don't know if they still hate each other, lol. | |

"You know what, I don't have a nice thing to say about him. He and I were friends when he was little. I watched him grow up and all that, but, you know, you dangle a baby over a balcony, that's it for me... If it was up to me, he wouldn't have those babies now. It was the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen a parent do."

---Cher on Michael Jackson i was talking to a friend of mine who just had babies, and she told me that some friends were passing by their apartment and called her via cell phone from the street, telling her that they didn't have the time to stop in but they were passing by and wanted to wave up at her. so she grabbed one of her babies and went to the window and realized - "holy shit, i was just about to dangle my baby out a window!!!" | |

She almost pulled a Baby Dangle!
I think parents may unconsciously do some not-very-smart things from time to time--difference is they're usually not caught on film or in front crowd. Or with a cloth over the babies head. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off | |

Or with a cloth over the babies head. my friend is an awesome mommy - her kids are lucky because she has a really healthy sense of humor about raising children, and it shows. they're very happy babies. | |
