He created the sound and even the group Boney M before having the singers. He was a studio freak doing everything and hiring vocalists when he needed to. When the first Boney M single was a big hit he quickly had to form the group. Only 2 of the girls actually sang and Farian made both male and female voices.

In 1983/84,this guy had it all.He was selling more records than EVERYBODY.But now,look at where he is twenty years later.It makes me sad.

I agree it must be MJ, eventhough I love Off The Wall and Thriller.

Can't admit that ur lover Madonna had one of the biggest fall off in Music History. Respect wise, I would say that Michael has had the biggest fall off in Music History. However, he still sells very well. 7 million for a greatest hit cd is impressive. People still copy his dance moves and view him as one of the greatest entertainers ever.
