so I just downloaded Who's Trip is This by David Sullivan and Ingrid Chavez
(for obvious reasons ) but I really love this song

its so cool and mellow and Ingrid's voice sounds great
I much prefer her singing over her "talk/sing over the beat stuff"

So who else has heard of this? and what are you're thoughts?

I'm sure you meant David Sylvian.I haven't heard it myself.David formerly of Japan & Ingrid were once an item & are now divorced I think.

Yes, David Sylvian and Ingrid Chavez have three children and have recorded many beautiful songs together ~ some were obscure releases but I would highly recommend Dead Bees On A Cake for some of them. And, try to find Les Fleurs De Mal (the flowers of death). Haunting and beautiful. They keep their personal lives very private although after the extremely painfilled Sylvian album "Blemish" many speculated they had parted. The last I heard, they were living in Connecticut or an East coast State in an old farmhouse where they each had studios ~ David for recording and photography and Ingrid for her photography.
