Infomation On New Rick James Release!!!! Title: "I'm Rick James Forever"
Release Date: August 2, 2005 Source: Entertainment Weekly Magazine (Summer Preview Issue, 2005) The album title begs to be amended with a Chappelle-ean "bitch", but this is a stately set Rick James recorded before he died August 2004. Guests include Teena Marie, Johnny Gill and James' daughter Ty James. "It's a description of his life through music", says his daughter. "It's funky, alternative, R & B, jazz- a wide range." The title is terrible, especially considering how ripe for parody it is but it sounds like an interesting album. I thought Sancutary Urban (the Matthew Knowles label) was having issue, as was he. Gossip, I guess. If the label is, hopefully this release will still come out this summer. | |

Yeah I heard about this project.It's gonna be released on Sanctuary Urban Records.Beyonce's father is in charge of this label,and he is overseeing this project. | |
