One of the best metal songs i ever heard back in the 90's or 80's.

Great song, too bad it gets lumped in with all those 80's hair band "power ballad" songs.

Great album, and followed them avidly from Rage For Order thru to Promised Land where they promptly lost 'it' after Chris DeGarmo left. Operation Mindcrime still holds up today, but unfortunately does sound dated. Empire and Promised Land however, still sound as dynamic today as they did when released.

I still crank 'em all up loud now and again tho.

ya damn skippy. Ask anyone here, Beatles "I Am the Walrus" is classic.

Not that they are alike, but this song ALWAYS reminded me of that song. Maybe it's just the television breakdown which is just like the ending of that song.
