Who remembers them? Check out "sexitivity", a seriously prince jam like funky track. "hey donna" did moderate damage i think?

They worked on donny Osmonds "soldier of love" and St pauls "down to the wire".

WOW. They all look very gay. Odd, as they seem not to be.

Their first album had their one hit - P.A.S.S.I.O.N. This one was a pretty decent disc. I kinda liked these guys, but I knew from the beginning they weren't going "big time". Their sound was made to grab that post-Prince crowd. They were like Ready For The World only about 6 years too late.

*seems there's a lot of misinterpretation going on around here these days, so to clarify, I am not saying that they sounded like RFTW. I'm saying that their target market seemed to be the same as RFTW but they did it right at the beginning of the total Prince/80s, etc. backlash.

Yeah o got their first. Seems odd who they were aimed at. Their second was more mature and artistic. Thier first is very synthy and with loud thwacking drums. Iam shocked that anyone remembered them?

elisa fiorillo is on this album as is st paul, who co-writes the good "shoulder to cry on". It is very heavy on the drums and very dated, but the tracks have a good energy about them.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. There was a world of maturity difference between the two albums. My only thought was: "too late".

Nah, I dont think they were prince sounding. There songs had little humour and were cheesy lyrically but still had the funk with them. There best work was on St Pauls "down to the wire", one of my all time fav albums. Plus their work with Donny Osmond was great. The lead singer aped donny completely.

So in essence, you would be agreeing.
