U2 ,How to Dismantle An Atomic Bomb - Revisited

Alright so i finally copped this,
i wasn't in a hurry, because everybody just badmouthed this album...
I gave it my first listen...

WTF is all the commotion? this is a good C.D.
Nothing like WAR or Achtung Baby!
but its a pretty good C.D.

Vertigo - Ok i admit this song is complete trash!

Miracle Drug - Typical U2 song, its decent, im not fond of the hook but still pretty good

Sometimes You Can't Make it On your Own - Awesome Song!, one of the best power ballad's i've heard in a while, Bono's Vocals are a little out of wack cause i suppose he can't go that high, his voice cracks

Love and Peace or Else - Another Good Song! a great mixture of funk and rock, so Un-U2 (with an exception to Sunday Bloody Sunday-War)

City of Blinding Lights - Good song, Typical U2, nothing really special
i love the guitar line!

All Because of You - I can do without this one

Man and a Woman - GENUIS!, i put this on replay 4x!
so Un-U2!!!!, i love this song, the best on the whole album

Crumbs from your table - i like the groove, seems a little like the others, but its alright

One Step Closer - smooth, nice vocals, but it seems it would sound better if a different vocalist sang it

Original of the Species - Another great track,

Yahweh - for a religious song, this is great!

Ok so we don't have, songs like The Sweetest Thing, or With or Without you,no All i wan't is you,One,Sunday Bloody Sunday, nor does it have the fire of Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me

But hey

Its a helluva lot better than All That you Can't Leave Behind!

I really like this album. But I was unaware of whatever backlash you're talking about, so it's untainted in that regard for me.
