Well, I was born in '72 but loved the music my parents listened to. Thank GOD they had the best tastes in music. Anyway I grew up with this kind of stuff and was only fortunate enough to learn it that way. I recently compiled a couple of oldies cds for a lady at work and hand picked each song. "Look Over Your Shoulder" is one of my favorite "oldies" jams so I had to put it on the first disc. I put that awsome cut right up there with some of my other favorites such as "I'm Still Here" -The Notations, "Don't Be Afraid" -Frankie Karl, and "I Destroyed Your Love" -Special Delivery. i just saw them in february at The Big Show here in Baltimore...i thought they were kind of whack at first, because they were the only act that night out of like 10 to use a DAT tape instead of a band...but all was good when they started singing..Look Over You Shoulder brought the house down...as well as they do a a really nice cover of Smokey's Ooh Baby Baby you look better on your facebook page than you do in person | |
