Are you thinking of "Always on the Run" where Slash plays the solo. According to his "official fan website" Slash also played on "Heaven Help" and "Fields Of Joy".

It's an amazing song, the first two weeks or so I played it on repeat also. The sound of his voice is kind of bittersweet, very sincere. Absolutely beautiful. Lenny is one of my three favourites. I'm looking forward to seeing him first time live this summer.

This song is one of my favorites of his.
