Albums or Songs that got you through bad times

Anybody else have a particular song or album that helped you get through an emotionally stressful period in your life?

For me it would have to be Blazing Arrow by Blackalicious. I was in the midst of an unrequited infatuation with a girl that ended very badly.

You'll come out when you're ready.
No need to rush yourself out, especially in this close minded hateful world.
Sometimes i wish i locked myself in it and threw away the key

Jeff Beck.."Blow By Blow" and "Wired"
Sade.."Lovers Rock"
Chris Cornell.."Euphoria Morning"
Sevendust.."Seasons" (Yes it's metal, but Lajon wrote a lot of the lyrics about his brother who was killed. I lost someone recently and this CD did help a bit).
"This Is Trip Hop - Vol 2"..blunted, downbeat trance music.

The Velvet Rope helped me to admit there was a problem, Ray Of Light helped me to get over it.

They're all good albums. Among the great tracks from those albums:

"Deacon Blues" -- Steely Dan (basically about the grudging acceptance of life's absurdities)

"All Blues" -- Miles Davis (a haunting, escapist-type track)

"Omegaman"/"Secret Journey"/"Darkness" -- The Police (a three-song movement that is the Police's greatest work IMHO)

"Mountains" - P&TR

"A Different Drum" and "Zaar" -- Peter Gabriel
