Prince Michael Jackson, Jr I was just wondering about this name Michael Jackson gave his firstborn.
Is Prince his first name, or just a nickname? If it was his first name, he would not be a "Junior" right? Is this name in honor to Prince Nelson or what? | |

Are you kidding? It has nothing to do with Prince.
Most likely explanation is MJ is the self-crowned King of Pop, so naturally his son would be "a Prince".  Don't worry, I can't get pregnant - my ovaries are diseased...... | |

I don´t know guys, but I once saw the divorce papers of MJ and Debbie and there is said not Prince Michael Jackson, BUT
MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON JUNIOR! so Prince might really be just a nickname. Who knows. But it definately has nothing to do with Prince. Besides MJ grandfather´s name was Prince and he said that that´s where the name came from. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent.
