REVOLVER SURVIVOR ROUND 8 IS NOW CLOSED Comment-allez vous everybody? I'm back administering yet another portion of this popularity contest. Sadly we must bid adieu to yet another fantastic song. This time a personal favorite of mine bit the dust. Could it have been Here There and Everywhere?....No it only pulled in one vote. I'm Only Sleeping Maybe? No, that one only got two. Got To Get You Into My Life? That one only pulled in three. No sadly the loser this time was....

Well, now George Harrison continues to be the most underappreciated Beatle, but perhaps his righteous spirit will exact divine retribution on those who had the audacity to vote ALL of his songs off before reaching the halfway point of this epic Survivor. Aaaanhoo let's continue shall we

You have my condolences - even though I'm not a George advocate like you, I respect your appreciation for him and his music.
I guess I have to go with Tomorrow Never Knows - I admire it as a ground-breaking piece of psychedelia, but I probably love it the least of the remaining tracks. | |
