I bought Blood Money because it looked angrier, and I was in an angry mood today. Is Alice better? Are they both equally as good? Does each album have its own style/mood/sound? Should I get both? Did I get the wrong one? Oh lord, why's everything gotta be so difficult...

I'd say they are equally good. I have been listening to Alice more, but that's only because i had that cd in my discman on my way to work.
Blood Money is a bit more avantgarde, but they are both great albums. Go get the other one as well, it's worth the money. But that's always the case with a Tom Waits album, IMO.

Have you ever seen him live? I did, 3 years ago and it was brilliant.
