I can't believe they would put Hammer on a show like this. They should have added The Brothers Johnson or Teena Marie.

He should get on a tour with cats like Vanilla Ice & Milli Vanilli. He could possibly save face by re-incorporating... ...these ladies into his current show as dancers. ...waiting for CSq to flip out tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...rmusic.htm "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

So you missed the gem that was "Active Duty". I remember this got an unsual amount of attention due to the fact that it was possibly the first 9/11 reaction record. It seems to be pro-American propoganda done to dated beats (and I remember his video, which featured Congress members done on what looked like the cheapest ass video cam....wow!)

Yeah it looks kinda patriotic. Fuck that But hey, I'd proberly like the beats. That cover though.

Maybe he just recorded a song (or two) and slapped together a video, made the title "patriotic", and so forth.

I think you're sadly mistaken about him not being able to dance now. When he was on the hip hop honors show last year he danced toward the end of the show and I remember thinking "damn, Hammer can still work it". Maybe his style has changed a bit with the times but he can still move!

Maybe his style has changed a bit with the times but he can still move! I was just watching his video to "sultry funk" which I think is 1996? He danced well in that. He always does original, if rather sily moves. Anyone remember that song? It's a nice ,smooth midtempo number. "dont stop" (the roger mix)" was a dope remix with a great video. I think Iam the only one with those videos
