when it comes to Pete Townshend, i read he was busy writing an autobiography. He said he was abused as a child and was visiting a childporn site as a form of 'research' for that autobiography. Right after the allegiations came out in the media, he excused himselve in an TV interview and said it was a stupid thing of him to do...

As long as he puts out songs of the calibre of 'We've Had Enough' (2004) i won't complain, That song is on a par with anything he's ever put out. No doubt about it, he still has it.

Even if MJ didn't touch those kids, he is still "child"-"obsessed" ("pedo"-"phile") and needs help.

absolutely! And that is troubling in itself. And I know this is a little off topic, but what about those "parents"? There is no way on God's green earth that I would ever let my 5 year old spend the night with anyone that is not a relative (ie my parents)... and even that is with a lot of reservation. MJ has already been accused once before. Why would any real parent let their child be alone with him let alone have sleep overs. hmph! Something is not right there and there needs to be an investigation on that issue as well!

"He should work with the Neptunes on the rest of it"

This is EXACTLY what he should NOT do. But it's also what he most likely WILL do. Mike needs to stop chasing hits and just make music.

I think most of the record should be self-produced. But here is my rationale for having the Neptunes produce the rest of it. Timberlake's Rock Your Body was supposed to be on Invincible! That Neptunes production would have catapulted MJ back into the stratosphere! I think that an MJ/Neptunes collaboration would be magical!

Dont underestimate the Neptunes! no no no!

SHIT, WHAT M.J. SONG WASN'T WRITTEN FOR/ SUNG BY JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE??? And the neptunes been said that they'd love to work with M.J. and the swore up and down the street that "Like I Love You" sounds like "Something Prince would come up with in a jam session." I'm not fucking thinking so.

When Michael comes out of this, i'm going to predict big sales of his next project (whichever label he lands at). People seem to love a comeback and Michaels down about as low as a person can be, hopefully he'll walk free quite emphatically all being well. I'm not predicting big sales in the USA, but you can never tell. There are other markets where he's remained strong for the last 12 years, so the US really doesn't matter.

This guy's been put through the ringer, this whole trial has just been about humiliation all around, granted, some of it may be self-induced but if he gets a not guilty call, he'll have earned another chance IMO.

If he puts out another album, i'm there. If he retires completely and never speaks to the media ever again, he's earned that right too. At this stage, I'd prefer it was the latter. A nice finger to everyone. Bardot style.

I think he'll drop an album though, him being Michael and all. shrug

An album with no press would be cool. Just like Thriller & Bad. Let the music say it all. smile

an album like ONE NIGHT ALONE Piano would be a Dream,

some Unplugged stuff would be magical.
