RICK SPRINGFIELD "TDAY" tracklist

Well with RICK's WRITTEN IN ROCK 1970-2005 ANTHOLOGY out today, i was given the sneak peak at the Track List for RICKS next CD which comes out July 12 and its a COLLECTION of COVERS of songs he wished were his own. Heres the tracklist, im sure U will agree AMAZING choices!!!

FOR NO ONE (the Beatles) this track is featured on his New Anthology and is one of the BEST Beatle Covers EVER!! Too bad Michael Jackson gets money from this.

BROKEN WINGS (Mr.Mister) this track is the first single and its a DUET with Mr Mister Frontman Richard Page, I havent heard it yet, but its Acutally the #1 most added AC RADIO track in the US right now

UNDER THE MILKY WAY (the Church)

IMAGINE (john Lennon)

HUMAN (Human League)

WAITING FOR A GIRL LIKE YOU (FORIEGNER)

BAKER STREET (GERRY RAFFERTY)

IM NOT IN LOVE (10CC)

MISS U NIGHTS (CLIFF RICHARD)

LIFE IN A NORTHERN TOWN (DREAM ACADEMY)

HOLDING ON TO YESTERDAY (AMBROSIA)

LOVE IS THE ANSWER (TODD RUNDGREN)

BLUE ROSE (LIZ WRIGHT)

LETS GO OUT TONIGHT (BLUE NILE)

CRY (Ricks Original From Next studio CD due Late 2005)

Despite Ricks New ANTHOLOGY on SONY/BMG, his COVERS CD, whish is called THEDAYAFTERYESTERDAY or better known as TDAY, Rick will be releasing this Record on his own Label GOMER RECORDS, through his Website, and most likely distributed by BMG in some way to stores.

Ricks LAST CD 2004's SHOCK DENIAL ANGER ACCEPTANCE, was Critically acclaimed, and spawned 2 AC tracks "WILL I" and "BEAUTIFUL YOU" both of which went top 25. The CD did not chart on the top 200, but did hit the Indie Chart and Internet Chart, according to Soundscan it sold around 30,000. This is not counting his own site which is where most fans got the CD. Also RICK released a Limited Version that Had a Bonus Disc and a Bonus DVD, plus it was Personally signed and numbered from 1-3500, all copies sold. Hey i know thats only 3500, but at 65 bucks a POP thats some serious $$$$
