I'm not 100% sure if the whole album is "America rules". Maybe he just recorded a song (or two) and slapped together a video, made the title "patriotic", and so forth.

I think you're sadly mistaken about him not being able to dance now. When he was on the hip hop honors show last year he danced toward the end of the show and I remember thinking "damn, Hammer can still work it". Maybe his style has changed a bit with the times but he can still move!
