April 20, 2005

Grammy-Award-winning R&B artist D’Angelo, aka Michael Eugene Archer, pled guilty to charges of drunken driving and possession of marijuana April 13 in Chesterfield County General District Court. For the two misdemeanors, he was fined $300 and received 100 days suspended jail time. A felony charge, possession of cocaine, was certified to the grand jury.
