My guess is that you're in the US. Yeah they were HUGE in uk. They shoulda broke america. But they were caught up in buying zillions of copies of alanis morisette. Remember all those female singer songwriters singing about thier anxiety? "iam a bitch, iam a lover, iam a child, iam a mother". Oooooo how clever, u can use simplistic contradicitons to express all ur personalities

Well, Morning Glory & Be Here Now both went top 10 in America. But they kinda fell out of favour after that.

I did not see any interviews the brothers did in USA, but u can bet they were there usual cheeky self. Thats what I hate about america (amongst other things) and that is that u gotta be well behaved on chat showes etc.....noal and liam proberly didn't even care to be on letterman or whatever? Robbie tried too hard. Spice girls did it though, BUT they were proberly greeted like the beatles in the 60's. cheeky but loveable, oasis are never loveable. (Is that how u spell loveable?) Americans proberly got all defensive when they found the brothers drunk most of the time. "how dare they come over here DRUNK! It's an outrage to our nation" bah blah fucking blah!! America always confuses me. It is interesting to see who does break america from uk and vice versa. I remember our beloved tabloids always picturing the boys drunk. Do greenday ever get drunk? Funny how george michaels "faith" sold mega amounts in america and outsold Jacko's "bad" is USA and how "bad" vastly outsold "faith" in UK.
