Why I think MJ will be found innocent of these charges...

The defense will begin telling their turn of events this week. The prosecutions case is finished. Wrapped up. Over.

That was it. Okay, so it wasn't always pretty. But it sure as hell wasn't enough to prove anything beyond reasonable doubt. I find it hard to believe that a Jury could think otherwise. Some of them may be leaning towards the idea of his guilt but they certainly have no grounds to say it without a trace of doubt.

If you think about it, if MJ was going to found guilty, then now is the time the Jury would be the most convinced. Over the next month or two, T-Mez is going to be doing all he can to convince the Jury that Michael Jackson has been set up. If those Jury members who are leaning towards MJ's guilt are still unsure, then the next two months is going to do nothing other than play on those doubts.

The worst is behind us. As I expected, they had nothing on Michael. A bunch of theiving, bankrupted-by-MJ, disgruntled employees claiming to have seen completely unrealistic things, a mother who is more nuts than Michael and then the "victim." A petulant, rude, arguementitive kid who seems very un-moved by his supposed molestation.

If Michael is found anything other than "Innocent" then it will be a terrible mis-carriage of Justice.

The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

when mj is found not guilty i think im not gona be able to remove the smile of my face for a month, and i will have a long list of people to call up and say "i told you so" to!!!

this case is a joke, its a shame all the crap lies etc we're bought back in from 93, as otherwise the prosecution would have been finished a while ago, and would have finished with nothing, such a weak case....

this whole case is based on things people have said to have seen, and if these things are true, all these people are guilty of not doin a thing about it in the first place!!!

theres noway anyone could be locked up on the grounds that a bunch of people are saying they saw things, its rubbish!!!

Why it doesn't matter:

I love MJ and his music. However, I think even if he walks his rep has been forever damaged. My fear is that most people will always see MJ as a freakazoid/child molester 1st and then as a singer/musician.

If Michael gets off ... um, is found innocent.

His family should IMMEDIATELY apprehend him and take him to a psychiatric ward.

He has not developed properly and things are wrong. I know he's eccentric ... but some of his divergences go beyond just being an artist.

Some things are a result of an interruption in mental/emotional growth. Now he's just free-fallin with disastrous consequences.

When I look at his self-mutilation (which I believe is a symptom of his being emotionally and psychologically out of control) I feel soo sad.

When I hear that he talks about toys, cartoons and other fantasy stuff with children, I get mad at his friends, family, and yes men for not helping him sooner. No one who's lived on earth for 50 years should have such frivolity as a focal point.

Katherine should have taken responsibility for allowing her sensitive son to be scarred and should have committeed him years ago. All the children have likely had a rough time. ... I'm just glad Janet and LaToya were able to triumph their early demons.

Someone must help Michael. He is too far gone to help himself.
