Is Lil Jon Supposed to be talented? Ok!

I was switching channels last night when I came across the most Ghetto shit i've ever had the misfortune of seeing. It looked like a Lil Jon concert! eek

There were about 50 people on stage screaming and yelling stuff that was supposed to be lyrics. It just sounded like noise. I will admit that I like the song "yeah" that he produced but how do people rate him as an artist? He was terrible from what I saw. I think kanye is better than him and I don't even like kanye West.
