Again, "Best" is always a problem, but in Rock, these would be my Favorites:
Rod Stewart Freddie Mercury Robert Plant Prince Elton John Phil Collins (back in the Genesis days) Roger Daltrey Elvis Costello David Lee Roth Roy Orbison Steve Perry Bono Paul McCartney Joe Cocker Peter Frampton Crosby, Stlls, Nash and Young Buddy Miles (at least, when he wasn't crowing like a rooster!) ...
