We're in the building where they make us grow
And I'm frightened by the liquid engineers
Like you

My Mallory heart is sure to fail
I could crawl around the floor just like I'm real
Like you

The sound of metal I want to be you
I could learn to be a man
Like you

Plug me in and turn me on
Oh everything is moving

I need my treatment it's tomorrow they send me
Singing "I am an American"
Do you?

Picture this if they could make the change
I'd love to pull the wires from the wall
Did you?

And who are you and how can I try?
Here inside I like metal
In you

All I know is no one dies
I'm still confusing love with need

music
I'm the first mammal to wear pants.

I thought it was just me that happened too big grin

I remember when Diamond Darrell died, the thread unearthed a few lurking Metalheads on the Org.....hmmm Where are you all hiding now, I wonder.....

These aren't all Metal, per se, but they are my headbang moments:

Metal was a portion of my music diet starting at the age of 9-years-old. My brother was a serious metalhead and refused to let me play my Michael Jackson records on his record player, because "This record player is for metal only!" This album scared the shit out of me...and I loved it:

In that case, you need this:

The Gathering - Nighttime Birds (although, perhaps, not strictly metal)

They are a lot better now than when they released their first album--no more of that wimpy nu-metal crap.
