"I Guess It Must Be Love" - Thelma Houston...lost funk oldie

I bought a couple albums fromthe $1 Weka Sto only really looking for them old Rufus albums, they used 2 have ALL the albums now they are gone...though I found others I was interested in (Temptations, Midnight Starr, Cameo, Thelma's)

I found this album I have been looking for for a very long time Thelma Houstons "Qualified Heat" because of side 1's production by Jimmy, Terry & Monte Moir.

Well THE OPENING SONG IS A BLAST! This jam was produced by Monte and inn all it's 80's flare drums vocals and wild J&T's SOS Band kind of signature stylings this song is very superior. Boy I had chills at the end of that jam and danced until I was out of breath! My first time hearing it 2day.

Sadly I bet none of you heard it or have it sad
Damn, what a waste of time this probably will be.

This is one of my favortie Jam & Lewis/Monte Moir productions. "You use to hold me so tight" was the first single and "Fantasy and Heartbreak was the second single and a video was shot for the song. Back in the day, J&M had the reputation of working with artists that needed "help." They would look at a labels roster and pick the artists that really had no chance, but wanted to see if they could squeeze water out of a rock, so to speak. If you can find the 12" to "hold me so tight," buy it!!!!! Have you ever heard Rhonda Clark?
Another great J&M production not too many people know about.
