George Clinton's new CD?

Whatever happened to George Clinton's album "How Late Do You Have To Be Before You Are Absent?"
Thought it was due for release in 2004?

Funkmaster George Clinton is in the final mixing stages of a new P-Funk All Stars album, How Late U Gotta B B4 U Absent?, according to a spokesperson, who described it as "a taste of what's to come from Parliament, Funkadelic, George Clinton and new artists Belita Woods, Kendra Foster, JOI and [Clinton's granddaughter] Sativa." The album is slated for release in June on Clinton's C KUNSPYRUHSY label. ...

neutral ...there isn't anything "new" about Belita Woods ,unless she has discovered a "new" ability to sing... confused
