I've never heard that. Pete Townsend was up on kiddie porn charges a few years ago. I think they were dropped, as I recall. a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on | |

Stevie allegedly didn't want to have anything to do with him at that point but they somehow managed to patch things up and he joined her on her 2001 solo tour. On a side note...Waddy goes waaaaay back with Stevie and Lindsey - he played on the 1973 original Buckingham Nicks record. [Edited 4/7/05 9:17am] Let the rain come down...17 days.... | |

Waddy Wachtel Follows In Gary Glitter's Footsteps 07/10/1998 3:00 AM, LAUNCH Craig Rosen (7/10/98) - Noted guitarist/ producer Robert "Waddy" Wachtel was arrested on Thursday on charges of possessing child pornography, according to the Associated Press. Wachtel, who has worked with a virtual who's who in rock, including Jackson Browne, Warren Zevon, Stevie Nicks, Linda Ronstadt, the Church, Don Henley, Bob Dylan, Ringo Starr, Iggy Pop, Keith Richards, the Rolling Stones and Spinal Tap, among others, was arrested with his wife after police raided his home. According to reports, police said that they found a computer with images of child pornography in his bedroom. The couple is scheduled to be arraigned on July 23. Wachtel is the second music figure to be arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography in less than a year. British glam-rock star Gary Glitter was arrested in November 1997 in Bristol, England, after he took his computer into a shop for repair. A staffer at the computer shop discovered indecent pictures and called police. | |
