Snoop Dogg. ft Justin Timberlake-Signs ... who's offended.

I am highly offended not 2 mention disappointed that Snoop chose Justin to be featured on "Signs"

Justin Timberlake lost all respect from the African American community (not to mention Janet fans) when he left JANET 2 blame for the wardrobe fiasco. Instead of being a man, he decided to punk out and bow 2 media pressure.

This goes 2 show all he was concerned about was profiting off of black music, and has no respect for the artist's whom helped build this genius artform.

Like many Caucasian performers before him, he's borrowed excessively from black artists..Michael, Prince..etc. His falsetto, dance moves and albums mimic the black medium. Yet I have heard little praise. His actions speak louder then any past comments he made regarding his love of black performers.

Maybe Snoop wasn't thinking clearly.. but this is a shame. I will boycott his album and music going forward. It may sound extreme but least we forget, what goes around comes around.

I can't see this video being successful on BET or urban radio as many people feel the same way. If enimem was banned for mocking Michael on BET, so should this video. I really hope it is not added to there rotation, if he hasn't already.. But if they do I will certainly be sending them my comments.

Charlie Wilson (affectionately known as Uncle Charlie) from Gap band fame is also featured on the song. His beautiful voice would have been enough to fulfill the needs of this song. Unfortunately SNOOP has sold out 2 sell records.

He was married to a Black Woman.

Regardless of how you feel regarding his treatment of women. He has done his community an injustice. If you don't support your own...you will never succeed.

snoop dogg has no respect for the black community so why should he care whether or not justin timberlake has any? snoop has made his living off of perpetuating black stereotypes and myths along with degrading black women and their image...you should have been boycotting his music long before this. nod

hmmm Maybe, Snoop must have been smoking too much blunt Chronic and not thinking clearing. Justin punk ass is out after he acted like a bitch during Tittygate. Snoop didn't realize that Timberlake is trying to pimp him so that will get some popularity. Unfortuately, it's a little to late b/c Usher has taken Timberlaker's curly puddle dog hair and used it for a mop and cleaned up all of the awards. lol Game over Timberlake not even pothead Snoop can save your ass now.

Sorry, I disagree. His music has been a vast contribution and reflection of his community. Unfortunately, some chose 2 ignore the TRUTH. Maybe the truth hurts. May I add that probably has more female fans then men.

I mean, really, I agree that Justin was pretty lame with all that, but is Snoop's sexism really more defensible than Justin's wimp factor (which I think had more to do with careerism than racism)?

Your loss. Rhythm & Gangsta is Snoop's best album since "Doggystyle".

I agree that Justin's pretty crap, and that having him on the single is a blatant commercial move, but Snoop's no fool. He want his album to sell. Besides "Signs" is pretty good. It'll be a big hit, you'll see.

i don't doubt how many female fans he has. i also don't doubt that a lot of women out there don't believe they deserve respect. i would venture a bet that these women don't quite understand what respecting a woman really is. if they did they would not support a man who refers to them as bitches and hoes.

and, please, this truth that you speak of...don't even try it. what's true? that a black man can become rich and famous by making a mockery of himself and his others in his position? what's true? that he hasn't made any attempt at breaking the minstrel show mentality of the past/present? what's true? that snoop dogg continues to support the image that black men disrespect women, get high, and brag about violence?

yes. some do choose to ignore the truth.

The comment you just made shows more about your character then anything else you could have stated.

The majority of whom commented to this reply are probably caucasian or of the anglo saxon background, including you. Therefore there is a lack of understanding regarding this commentary I have made regarding a African American issue.

Obviously there is a bias opinion....

May god bless you

This isn't rocket science. Obviously they are all out to sell records. That is the driving force behind most of there actions.

That doesn't mean Justin isn't a punk for selling out.
