Anyone know why they edited out the spoken part at the beginning of "I Just Can't Stop Loving You"? I know it's corny, but it's so honets it always gave me chills. It was on my orginal Bad CD but now I have the re-mastered/expanded version and that part is cut out. What gives?

I like it without. what i'm mad about is they included the Spanish version. I got the Maxi import that was pressed in Miami back in the late 80's, it was selling among fans for about £100 prior to the Special Edition coming out. God i was so pissed. It's probably worthless now.

Dirty Diana is trimmed down on the remastered edition, too.

I don't have the new versions, what's different about it?

I remember hearing that all the newer versions were gonna be 2 discs each. Other disc with rare remixes and more importantly, outtakes from said album. U know I would of loved "for all time" in proper quality. Where the fuck is a bootleg of the adult "I'll be there" and rumoured "never can say goodbye"? They woulda been perfect on the box set.

From what I heard, the 2 disc sets were cancelled due to Mike's problems with Sony which began even before the release of Invincible, which was the last studio album he owed them. Guess he didn't want to give them any more songs than he actually had to. He has said recently that he's been "working on several albums" so it's possible that some vault material may now see the light of day. But then again, maybe not. You know Mike, he talks crap at times.

Mike always takes shit when music or any project is concerned.

Several albums eh? I would so love that. But would Mike still be able to release music through those comfy prison walls?

This is why I HATE remastered versions of LP's. Something always gets trimmed or cut away or removed. Just go with the original version. My opinion is if the artist intended for that version to be out in the first place, then it would have been.
