I don't see why a gay male wouldn't find Prince to be the ultimate role model, but that's just me. Whether Prince is gay or straight, he certainly looks the gay part and his music is far from the stereotypical "weak" music that people associated gay people with liking such as classical, opera, ballet, etc. (at least Prince's earlier work was). He also carries himself as a "bitch". He flaunts his feminine side, carries himself with a bitchy "I'm better than you" attitude, and basically dares you to fuck with him if you don't like it, unless you want a beatdown from his bodyguards.

I've always admired Prince for his strength and have always wished that more gay people would develop a backbone, spit in people's faces that don't like them, and get away from "weak" stereotypes.

The following are people that I have always admired. Some of them are gay and some of them aren't:

Prince: Whether he was straight or gay, he definately looked gay and his music was far from the stereotypical "weak" music that people like to associate gay images with.

Malcolm X: He was a strong leader in the civil rights movement. I wish gay people had a strong leader like this.

Sylvester: He was one of the first openly gay singers. Hell, he even sang about his men on some of his songs. His music was strong, hard disco/funk and far from weak stereotypical music.

Two Tons O Fun (Later known as The Weather Girls): These girls were originally the backup singers for Sylvester. They absolutely loved gay people. They were also big girls that didn't give a damn about their size.

Nell Carter: She was another big girl that didn't give a damn about her size. When she started dressing nice, she also showed the world that big girls could look attractive also. I've always been for the freaks and misfits of the world and I love it when they are strong and don't give a damn what others think.

Donna Summer: I absolutely love the whole "hooker" concept of the "Bad Girls" album. I know Donna Summer was a Christian and far from a hooker, but she played this album to the tee. I've always admired hookers, whores, and prostitutes. I know, in real life, the life of prostitution is not the glamorous life the media portrays but the "image" of a hooker to me is a strong one. Women that go through man after man, getting together with other hookers afterwards and talking about, comparing, and laughing at the men (something men have been doing to women for ages). Donna Summer, to me, was the "good hooker".....kinda like the "good witch" in "The Wizard Of Oz".

Millie Jackson: A foul mouthed, shit talking bitch that don't take no shit off no man and I love her for it.

LaWanda Page (Aunt Esther): Another foul mouthed, shit talking bitch that don't take no shit off nobody.

Rick James: A freak, an outcast, and a loud talking strong motherfucker that absolutely didn't give a damn what others thought.
