It wasn't very well promoted at all. Promotion at the very least includes a handful of single releases. And if it wasn't Sony/Mottola's fault then who was responsible for sinking the album?

The sorry material contained within the album.

U kidding me? "unbreakable" was unique sounding and had a killer piano riff. That woulda been worldwide.....

No, I'm not kidding you. It's the only album of his I don't own. Hell, I'll put on Blood on the Dancefloor again before I listen to Invincible. The only song on there worth listening to is Butterflies.

"blood on the dancefloor" I swear consits of leftovers (the fisrt 5 tracks). Damn good they are too.

The title track musta been left off "dangerous". It sounded dated for 1997.

BOTDF Still hit #1 in the UK singles chart though and the History remix made top 5.

Barring perhaps 2000 watts, Privacy and The Lost Children, i still love Invincible.

I like 2000 Watts. Doesn't sound like anything else he's ever done. And it bangs hard which is always a good thing. smile The other two are kinda blah. Privacy has a good rhythm track and makes good use of sound effects but the song itself ain't up to much. The Lost Children should've been given to Disney. I didn't like Cry for a long while but just recently it's started to grow on me.

The rest of the album makes me look like this ----> biggrin
