Best Beatles Sound a like songs The Beatles have been imitated and used as influences by many for years....So which songs have you heard that best reflects the Beatles sound or style? For me all the Oasis stuff aside I think Tears for Fears "Sowing the Seeds of Love" is the best I have heard. I love that song.... clever clever quotation - attention getting quote - sad yet witty remark - look at me! Im deep quote- song lyric about my ex cause that bitch stole my mp3 player! - line from movie I liked - Prince lyric - not very clever sig mocking other sigs

Yep, Sowing the seeds is obvious, but what about their new one... Closest thing to heaven?
Or what about ELO..... They sound Beatle-ish too... the beautiful ones, you always seem to loose

...Badfinger in the mix. No Matter What Day After Day Baby Blue Come and Get It (written by McCartney) tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...rmusic.htm "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

Jet's "Look What You've Done"
Kevin Max's "Her Game" You could also say that the majority of mini rock-opera songs ("Bohemian Rhapsody", "3 Chains O' Gold") are based on "A Day In The Life". "She made me glad to be a man"

Badfinger has to be the most "tragic" band that ever existed. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

For me, it has to be ELO. They were basically the 70's version of The Beatles. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

Uruguay's answere to the Beatles. They truly remind you of the Beatles.Their individual albums are hard to get so your best bet is this domestic compilation. more info here: http://60spunk.m78.com/shakers.htm
