American Idol
It's back as our top TV search, and American Idol shows no signs of slowing down in its fourth season. Even after providing viewers with an Idol overload of three consecutive nights of programming for three straight weeks, the franchise hasn't lost its glossy sheen. Searches on the show jumped 40% after the contestant search was whittled down to the all-important final 12. Barely missing the final cut, brunette beauty Amanda Avila jumped 29% and debonair crooner Nikko Smith spiked 10% in searches as they made their way off the stage.

As for the remaining talent, here's how the final 12 rank in searches...

For those hoping the Idol winner will sport a different look, the initial results are positive -- the two long-haired "rockers" top searches. But plenty of twists and turns are sure to come in the next two months, and it'll be interesting to see how Bo and Constantine fare with showtunes or those dreaded "theme" music nights. We do know at least one of the smoldering twosome currently topping queries will wind up at the "Copacabana" of broken dreams.

I didn't watch AI this season, because I got into the Road to Stardom with Missy Elliott, which...was a flop, so who knows if it'll ever come back. Next season, it'll probably be back to AI for me.

I'm only watching this season if I remember to watch it. I didn't miss a single episode of the last two seasons. They keep saying that the level of talent in this season is "better than any other," but I'm just not seeing it. The only two people I like so far are Bo and Nadia. They're good, but they're not great. I'm just not too into it right now. Maybe that'll change as they narrow down.

My early favorites are Bo, Anwar and Nadia. No one else has really impressed me much.

MARIO all the way. I knew he should win when I saw his audition. Yeah, he looks like Wilmer Valderrama (Fez from That 70's show) but he is adorable and can sing and has stage presence. He *should* win. I like Bo too.. who knows. I don't understand why people vote for that russian clay aiken!
