I just heard some of the new Daft Punk and it's a bit more rockish than I remember them sounding before. Anyone else checked it out?

yeah, i got it last week.

i like it, but i don't love it. to be honest, i like the lcd soundsystem album that came out recently more than i like the new daft punk...which, of course, is ironic, considering lcd's got a song on there called 'daft punk is playing at my house'.

i think 'human after all' sounds like a retread of their last album, which is why i like it...'discovery' is one of my absolute favorite electronic pop albums...but it's also why i don't love it...because i was waiting all this time for something fairly fresh or new, and it didn't arrive.

i dunno...what can i say...it's good gym music.
