I, unfortunately, didn't get the special edition, but I LOVE this freakin' CD. There is so much on it that I can't get outta my head. 'Que Onda Guero' will be my new summer cruising joint, 'Missing' & 'Earthquake Weather' are fantastically beautiful, 'Hell Yes' is a pure Beck classic, and I am daily falling more & more for 'Go It Alone'. I just can't say enough good things about this record.
If I want your opinion, I'll beat it outta ya!

You know those special editions that are really just collectors items because of the packaging but no added content. See: Gwen LAMB, Madonna Music.

this one's got all kinds of content. nod

the CD itself has seven extra tracks. there's a DVD with the whole album on it, two videos, photo gallery, and i'm sure some other goodies i haven't discovered yet.

and the book and packaging are so tasty, you just wanna lick the damn thing. but i might be a little biased - marcel dzama is one of my favorite current artists, and he's all over the album art.

Just bought the special edition, its fantastic, love the remixes!!

Edited: someone already said it .....

I've listened to most of the first disc and so far the only three songs I can get into are the first three ("E-Pro", "Que Und Guero" and "Girl") but I'm really into them. I like the album, though, it;s just only those three songs really stick out. Glad I bought it, so far.
