What's wrong with these "Angels & Vampire" tracks?
His timing on these tracks R totally off & I don't get it
cuz I think his playing on previous albums R great,
but now he has absolutly no sense of timing.
A shame cuz the songs deserve better producing & performing.

Of course we all experience music in our own way, and for me for instance if I hear his new songs for the first time, some grab me right away and others grow on me the more I listen to them. Songs I might not have immediately liked with the first listen become favs even!

Out off tune or no sense of timing?
That I really don't experience, I love the "rawness"

The songs are strong, as are the vocals, but he drums are just awful. With such sparse instrumentation he really needds a kick ass drummer. The whole thing is missing dynamics.

And the explanation that his earlier music was hurt by digital stuff doesn't make sense to me because he's used plenty of real drums that sounded good. Try Oh Divina or Vibrator or any number of songs if you disagree.

I am hoping that these are demos indeed, because they could be great songs.

ok I admit.....I just listened to the songs.....THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! He is not even really singing in I'm Your Daddy (stupid title!)

I just listened to the songs once and I really enjoyed them . And I am sure I will like them even more when I listen more often

i think all the songs off angels and vampires are great, i like the unclean feel to them, when all put together, and given a few listens, their all great!
