So, u mean 2 tell me that MJ went out his way to hide alcohol on the planes so that the children wouldnt see him drinking? He even poured the liquor into a pop can to conceal his drinking from kids and other passengers? The flight attendant testified that this was common practice while MJ chartered a jet. Well, why then would MJ give a pop can filled with wine or hard liquor to a kid and have him drink it in plain view??

It seems like the flight attendant would have walked by and seen the boy with the pop can and at least asked what he was drinking!! The accuser's mother was also on the plane! Why would other adults just sit back and let the kids get tipsy drunk while in their midst? I just dont understand it! Can someone shed some light?

If the prosecution is so intent on bringing up these nudie mags and insisting that MJ showed them to the acusser and his brother then WHY THE HELL DIDNT THE PROSECUTION CHARGE MJ WITH EXPOSING PORNOGRAPHY TO A MINOR? here was the original intention of the pornography:
The prnography was originally going to be used to smear Jackson with,
saying he was careless to have these materials around his posession...
Prosecution didn't do the initial fingerprint test
it was only after the Accuser told about the pornography in the briefcases
thus they checked for fingerprints after the grand jury preceedings
and indictment
by the time they actually tested it. it was too late to add another count because that would mean they'd need a tad bit more evidence
in order for them to convince ajury he showed children adult materials, their would have to be some kind of DNA proof
like his and the accusers ejactulation fluids on the same page etc...

fingerprints on a magazine can be from anyone
it doesn't depict a certain time
this is where the prosecution will be treading water

now don't listen to court T.V. and newspapers etc...

it literally doesn't, it only creates more speculation, not any hardcore facts
this evidence is the only Physical evidence they have
so they better use it the best they could!

but this is equally bad for the defense because the jury is full of females (not good)
stats say Most females disaprove of users of anytype of pornography
so its down a few points

There´s one thing that I also don´t understand about the wine story. Cause the flight attandant says that she was ordered to serve Michael white wine, yet the so-called Jesus Juice is supposed to be red wine. What´s up with that?

And as for those fingerprints. Were they found on those magazines that were released months after Gavin and his family left Neverland or are they different ones?
