lovedad43	Appreciation Thread Average White Band A Love Of Your Own Man I was bumpin this Jam in the car can never get enough of it, or the Soul Searching album. AWB were some of the funkiest cats around. Very underrated IMO. Show your love for the Average White Band

cranshaw62	I'll co-sign if it's under a thousand. Soul Searching and the live Person To Person CD were my favorite AWB cd's. Don't laugh or cringe but I'd like to do a "Smooth Jazz" remake of Sunny Days. Happy Easter to everyone.

That White Band was anything but average. Those cats had the authentic FUNK.

It doesn't get much better than "A Love Of Your Own" music

The 'Soul Searching' album is a must-have.The first two tracks--"Love Your Life" and "I'm The One"---are funk classics.The title track is blissful (gotta love the drumming and the horn) and who can resist the dreamy,exotic-sounding "Queen Of My Soul"? And then there's "A Love Of Your Own",a haunting,moody slow jam that grabs you and never lets go.And that's just Side One.
