Madonna sues German radio station

A small radio station in Germany is being sued by the Queen of Pop herself, Madonna. The German station, which we are unable to name due to legal reasons, leaked a low quality version of Madonna's forthcoming single "Twisted Logic" on Thursday evening, which is set for release in June to promote her new TV documentary which goes behind the scenes of her 2004 Re-Invention Tour.

The station managed to get hold of the track when a studio worker, who works at the studio of producers Bloodshy & Avant, who produced the track, stole a low quality demo of the song and sold it to the station, who then played it.

Madonna's spokeswoman gave a short statement yesterday, "Madonna is deeply saddened and angered that this has happened and the incident is currently under investigation. The production team behind the song, Bloodshy & Avant, have told us that the copy that was stolen was a very early copy of the song and the track has changed since it was made. The release of the song is still going ahead in June as planned."

Madonna has also decided to sue the radio station that aired the track, saying it was 'an act of ignorance, that should never have happened'.

This has been refuted as bologna. Her documentary is going to theaters, not tv. Furthermore, Twisted Logic is a song rumored to be on the next Coldplay album.

We know that "Imagine" really exists.

MTV News has mentioned "I Love New York" as being one of the new songs,so I'm pretty sure it really exists.

"Stare" was recorded several weeks ago (according the reliable Drownedmadonna site)

"Goddess" is the one song that I'm not too sure about.It's supposedly a Latin-sounding number.We found out about this song the same time we heard about "If You Were Here" and "Haunted",and both of those songs turned out to be fakes (actually,they exist,but they're by another artist).So don't be surprised if "Goddess" turns out to be a fake title as well.

As for "Twisted Logic".....we'll soon see

Hmmm, first I've heard of this, although i really do expect a new single at some point soon. The confusing reports about Madonna shooting a video a few days ago, completely out of the blue, make me think that something additional to the documentary is coming soon, and judging by the fact that the new album doesnt look like it will appear before next year, im sure madonna will want to give something extra to the fans to keep them going.

what is wrong with you people? haven't any of you learned that absolutely NONE of the info given this far in advance of a Madonna album is accurate? you can't trust ANYTHING until you have it carved in stone on a release list, and then you can start paying attention ONE MONTH (AND NO MORE) in advance of the release. any and all info prior to that is bullshit. i learned with BS, with ROL, with Music, with AL. why haven't any of you? you should treat each and every song title and tracklist and release date as complete baloney until then

Oh yeah,we know that these are just "rumors".We're just having fun with it.We go through this everytime Madonna is recording a new album....fake tracklists,fake collaborations,and alot of misinformation being reported on the fansites.When the CD finally drops,we'll be able to come back to this thread and laugh.
