There's been a big noise on the MJ boards about mike releasing one of the bad shows on DVD. Thousands of fans flooded mjj source until they responded. I think they were just trying to appease them and stop the e-mails. Anyway, mj's official website sent e-mails saying they would release a bad show on DVD soon. I have yet to see a press release though. | |

It's a nice, sexy little soul ditty but to me it feels like dated, slightly boring filler (same with "Baby Be Mine", the Velveeta-laden "The Girl Is Mine", "P.Y.T.", and even "Human Nature" to some degree) and it's a component of overall one of the most overrated albums of all time so I have something of a grudge against it. | |

Well I did read on a list of albums that are going to be released soon that there was something called Micheal Jackson Essnentail coming out...it could be just the early stuff but the way they've been gonig through his catalog lately, I'm not so sure. Congratulations, Micheal, they're now rereleasing your music every which way but loose....or every which way they can.... | |

Sometime this year I will release a MP3 disc of the History of Michael Jackson including before jackson 5 material, good bootlegs, best singles of course and anything that shows off his vocal talent at its best ability...comin soon.

I can't stand how lyrically cheesy and hollow, L.A., and computerized (at some points, anyway) they sound and like I said, given that the "Thriller" as a whole is simply overrated as hell I can't help but be slightly irritated by those cuts. What I can't stand most about the album is how people think it's the best/last quality thing he's put out. For several reasons already given in other threads I've always thought "Bad" was a superior record. The title cut (and its accompanying video) is probably hokier than anything on the album's predecessors combined but whilst to me it's awesomely funny, the corny bits of songs like "The Girl Is Mine" and "Beat It" just make me cringe. | |

Bad and Dangerous are both better then Thriller and Off The Wall. I don't care how white his skin was, how small his nose was, or how many monkey's he had when he recorded them.
If I was gonna put my favourite adult MJ solo recordings on one CD it would look something like this...
