Hypothetically speaking, Was Vanity 6 a one hit wonder band ? I was watching this show about one hit wonders the other day, and I was thinking about Vanity 6. Hypothetically they did only have one hit, although the group is a classic would you put them in the land of one hit wonders? John 3:16-20 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Pretty much The masses have only heard "Nasty Girl". I don't recall "He's So Dull" or "Drive Me Wild" being hits

Pop-wise, yeah. You'll find that happens alot with R&B acts though.
Muchmusic called Mary Jane Girls a one-hit-wonder! ("In My House")

Actually I think Drive me wild was a better single then Nasty girl, but Nasty girl was the more popular tune. Make - Up should've been a single as well, sometimes it's hard to tell the differences between Vanity's voice and Susan John 3:16-20 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Muchmusic called Mary Jane Girls a one-hit-wonder! ("In My House") Now THAT is some bool! Agreed. Of course what would Muchmusic care about a R&B act anyway if their not Canadian? Muchmusic is more like much bullshit at times. The thing that I used to watch on that channel when I used to get on cable were the concerts other than that MM sucked
