Remember good question?

Designed for the Milli Vanilli audience but music was much more chesdy USA pop then Milli ever were.

Some great feel good dance tracks on here. Dance pop that is.

"got a new love" 12" version is awesome. Thanx to c and c music factory that is.

The 12" extended remix is one of the best remixes of any song period. Great to jam too.

I got the same thing. If I remember correctly, this was around '87/'88 or so back when the New Breed fan club was in existence. It's funny because I just saw the "Got A New Love" video yesterday on VH1 Classic (they were airing old episodes of Club MTV).

Back in those days,I bought nearly every release that came out on Paisley Park Records so naturally,I bought this album too. It's a weak dance album that sounded like alot of other late-80s crap. The first single "Got A New Love" became a minor hit on R&B radio, but I knew these guys weren't gonna last.

I got that flyer too! I received it shortly after mailing in that orange postcard that came with the 'Sign O The Times' album.

don't be absurd. nobody remembers good question, except for Prince fans who always see their 1987 album in Prince discographies, or those who have picked it up because of that connection.

why are you wasting valuable org space with such silly questions? biggrin

razz The remix of "got a new love" floors me. I love this no hold barred cheesy dance pop. Though for 1988 it sounded a few years out of date even by then, let alone now.

Femi Jiya recorded and mixed the album Prince fans, not that that means anything to me.

I love the fairlight sound that alot of this sorta music has. U know like Jermaine Stewarts kinda music.
