Uno,Dos,Tres, CATORCE ...What I don't comprehend is why these stupid stupid lyrics were allowed to be made into a song...
Since I've got the time to do absoloutely nothing...lets examine these lyrics shall we? First off Definitions of vertigo: noun: a reeling sensation; feeling about to fall "Hello, hello Hola I'm at a place called Vertigo Dond' esta" Yes where the hell is vertigo. You are at sensation that you wonder where it is...You feel as if you are about to fall but you wonder where it is. Okay maybe you fan lovers are angry saying "oh but the song has some inspirational lyrics" *plain face* okay...well...maybe.. "As the boys play rock and roll They know that they can't dance At least they know" THANK GOODNESS THEY KNOW THAT!!! anywho..pardon my dislikeness towards vertigo and the band of u2. Its just...the whole uno dos tres cartoce just ticks me off..just a wee bit. I'm sure their songs are inspirational to many out there because every night before I go to bed I'm sooooo glad the boys know they cant dance. | |

I will agree the lyrics in this song are crap. BUT< i don't care, I still love the track. It has an infectious energy to it. Besides, sometimes it's refreshing to have U2 singing silly lyrics rather than another heavy-handed gospel/political song. | |

It's a total piece of shit. Some U2 fans on the org were disappointed by it at initial release, but have now convinced themselves it's some sort of profound mediation on life.
