What Album/s Describes Your Life At This Moment A modern day classic in my opinion. I think there's at least one song on this album everyone can relate to. Lately, this album hits me to the core each time I listen to it. I love all of Tracy Chapman's albums but this has got to be my favourite. Being so far away from home, never sure when I'll be able to return..this album is perfect in making me feel as if I was right back there. Sung by my fellow countryman, Placido Domingo, one of THE greatest singers ever! Flamenco guitars, violins, castanets, and that amazing voice. Another one of my favourite albums. Bittersweet..leaves a tear in my heart everytime! What albums are you going through lately?

This is a case of right album, right time for me. I haven't connected much with a current Tori album since '99's "To Venus and Back". But I had a bit of a renaissance a few Christmases back. Luckily, her Tales of a Librarian Best Of came along right then. And so did "The Beekeeper". Seems to be a Winter thing for me.

After all the death and disaster of last year, this album seemed tailor-made from my brother and I. Although I haven't listened to it a whole lot, I felt it instantly. That rarely happens to me with a new band. I expect great things in the future.

Tori Amos - The Beekeeper
Im at a point ion my life where there isnt much drama at all. Its been a long dead winter and now its time to polinate (if u know what I mean). This album seems to meet exactly where I am in right now. Send me an org note if u would like 2 know more.

This album speaks to me and talks in my ear. "Weight of the World" // "Turtle" // "Blame It On Me." I swear she's singing my life when I hear this album. Identify with this album. "Bitter" // "May This Be Love" // "Grace" // "Wasted Time" // "Fool Of Me" // "Beautiful." I've been spinning it for years.

I love winter (season. not the Tori song; well I like that too ). And oddly enough a few of my favourite albums were all winter releases as well.

I loved winter growing up. But the older I get, the harder it is every year. This year, I almost resent it.

Love sun. Let's migrate to Florida! It's been a total icebox here the entire winter. I can count on one hand the days that have gotten above freezing temperatures and the snow has been on the ground since December. Not a complete thaw all winter. Yuck! How bout Hawaii?

An album that has so many fun rhymes, nothing to heavy at all. It's what I'm all about these days. [Edited 3/17/05 21:03pm] Worlds most beloved Orger

Anyways, I also listen to The Arcade Fire's Funeral alot, but also to Iron & Wine's Woman King EP.
His voice, the step forward musically, the entire EP speaks to me.
